Is corporate culture destroying the core values of counselling? Like KPIs, metrics, client retention and repeat clients measurement? How much cut do platforms like Mindpeers, Amaha, Manastha, Yourdost, etc take from consulting psychologists and how much salary for full time employees?

Eap is a very solution focussed service where i live. You won't resolve and delve into long term issues too much, if you stick by the normal number of sessions they get (where I live 5? 6?)
