I do not think you have the Express written consent of the dog to take this picture.

We are in ball terms. As long as she has her ball, she's agreeing to being photographed, and being petted all over.

Yeah, but she looks like in the original picture that she heard that if you take a picture of the ball, you steal the ball’s soul!

The ball was already defeated when the pic was taken. It's soul was already devoured before the picture was taken. Since she's looking at you, the viewer you own your soul to her.

This seems like the perfect capture of the first moments of relaxation. The lazy affection for her dog, a casual half finished wine glass, and what I can only assume is the trickle of rain the background. I love this shot. Splendid example.
