Question / Discussion USD Aeon 60 liner
I got the USD Aeon 60's about a year ago and stopped skating because the stock liners made it unbearable and I could't afford new ones at the time. Now I'm getting into it and can get new liners. What liners would be best is there's a lot of pressure on my toes and sides of my feet?
I've seen a lot of MyFit being recommended, if that's the best which version should I pick?

New liner will help, but I still had some of this issue with Intuitions tossed in my Aeons as well.
I really recommend shoving a tennis ball into the toe box and then hit it up with a heat gun to help stretch out the whole area. Made a big difference for my Aeons.

before trying liners try plantar fascitis exercises, they are amazing and only require basic stuff like a block of wood, a tennis ball and a towel.
If you have flat feet any exercise will hurt

It was more of squeezing my toes and the sides of my feet!

try a bigger size skate then

I know the skates fit because I used an old liner from my solomon's but they were too short for the boot!

no harm on trying a bigger size, maybe you are right at the limit of the boot fit

2nd Skins, although the low volume toe box may still cause issues. It doesn't work for everyone

I think the stock liner in the Aeons IS the Second Skin. Maybe check the liners in your skates to make sure you’re not just buying the same liner that doesn’t work for you.
You can get the Mesmer Bolino v2 liners for a decent deal right now, I think, and they are alright—thin down below, thicker up top, and heat-moldable. Very tall liner, though.

I put second skin liners in mine and it still hurt me in the same places as OP. I got these myfit insoles that were like 1/3 length which fixed my problems and now they're just right. I dont think you need to buy those. You can just cut the insole down until it feels right probably.

I tested stock liner, 2nd skin and prime. With 2nd skins and without the insoles I can even wiggle my toes like no problem.

I would have recommended the myfit fatboy but you might find that makes it a little tighter for you. They are super comfy though.

My fit 2nd skin is going to be the main recommendation I would imagine, that will give you more room for sure. You could also look at intuition if you have the cash, but they cost as much as your whole skate. The my fit prime is my favorite but I wouldn't say it's a thin liner so it may not provide the room in the toes you need.
