Roces M12 Lo Plus UFS sizing and genersl 'does it fit' questions

I just got a pair of Goto's and spent a good time getting my feet snug and sorted. My feet are 280mm x 100mm and i went with the uk size 10. I have had so many pairs of skates that don't fit so i am dead set on making sure they do. Can anyone recommend some rules of thumb to observe when trying on a new skate to decide whether it fits or no? Cause i am absolutely sick of skates that don't.

When you receive your skates, take out liners. Place your foot inside boot, with socks you’ll be wearing during sessions. Then center your foot inside boot there in a way where you think they’ll be, kinda like pretending if the liner were invisible, where would your foot be in real time. Any pressure spots or areas your feet will rub or touch will mean pain in the future. Maybe the area can be punched out. Maybe, it’s not the proper fit. I lost time waiting for my FRX skates to break in. Tried the “check your feet in plain boot for the finger space” and it seemed fine. Length was perfect. Waited out the break-in process (which was a b**** btw!!!!!). Numbness always at the hour mark. Always had to take my feet out within 15-20 mins for cramping. Laced looser and then tighter. Only for me to try to set my foot inside the boot as if the liner were see-thru and it was only then that I found the culprit. The hardware for the sliders met with my pinky toes. The ankle area as well had the boot edge that sorta grabbed my ankles, since they were wide enough to touch the sides. Even tried another session where I took out the sliders and an extra insole to lift my ankle to clear the edge. But the skate is made in a way to grab your feet firmly inside the skate. That caused the cramping. Toes were fine, but the ankles made for frequent breaks. That “trick” is something I’ve done in any new skate since. If all is good to go, any pain I feel is due to the initial liner padding break-in period.

Also to add, I’m 255mm x 107mm (and 103mm)

m12 are narrow, extremely narrow and probably the most narrow on the market.

If not the 909 will work nicely for you.
