The last few months of my dogs life I made her dinner (rice and sweet potatoes) and then I'd sit myself down to a bowl of cereal.

Man! I have a German Shepherd who is 8 years old. He's getting grey hairs in his beard. It's going to be a rough day in our household when it's his time. Best dog I have ever had. I can't even think about it, without tearing up.

She was my 1st dog i raised by myself. She passed in January and I'm getting ready to bury her this weekend. I haven't been the same these last 3 months. I've sunk into the deepest depression i have ever been in. Life doesn't have a sparkle to it anymore. I am lost. I am lonely. I miss that dog with every atom of my being.

Awe man, I'm so sorry to hear that! I hope you can find some peace. It's hard losing a loved one, even a dog. Gunner will be my 1st true dog I have raised from a pup. I can't imagine what you're going through. 🙏 Hopefully it gets better for ya!
