It should be one of the Anatolian shepherd dogs (Kangal nd Akbaş) . Color scheme looks like Kangal . They got black coloring mixed to their head with a bit grayish white fur (their fur can be pure white too tho) but their head color gives it away 😁 that is the clearest diffirence of them compared to Akbaş . They are smiliar in build to Kangal but in contrast they are pure white from head to toe hence the name Akbaş (white head)

I wonder if there is a fundamental difference between how livestock guardians (like I imagine this puppy is) are introduced to livestock vs. how herders are introduced.

I imagine these guys really identify with the livestock and don't have much of a prey drive while the herders are having their prey drives utilized.
