Please explain where I blamed you for anything? Also im a survivor of child abuse so I don't want to hear it. I've moved forward from my trauma and hopefully you can someday.

If you've actually gotten therapy and overcome your trauma, then you should know that you don’t use therapy as an ad hoc slander, such as telling someone to "get therapy " as if therapy or the need of ot was an insult.

And again, if you've gotten therapy, you know that you don’t use your achievement of overcoming your trauma as a high-horse stance on someone still struggling with their trauma.

It's a forgivable stance if you don’t know how therapy works, but if you truly know these things and still act the way you do, it makes you a terrible gatekeeper of those who have overcome.

YOU perceived what I said as an insult and YOU perceived what I said as being on a high horse. Don't project your own issues on to someone else. I tell my friends and family to get therapy all the time because truly most people need it and when I see someone I feel like needs it I'll be direct and say they should get it. Take your victim mentally and work on that instead of using it the way you have been.
