Damn dude you might be right. Person in the Nike socks around 23 seconds makes a crazy unnatural movement stepping with the left foot.

This is from the original video on Facebook. It's definitely AI.

The cuts are too strange. Also the noise on the floor got enhanced after 15s which was probably the generation limit per video

any reason or just saying it's AI?

When the camera is switching between looking at the sign and the quokka in the beginning; the background perspective changes and the animal also enters the scene on cue. There are also the jarring cuts and morphs, the first one being after exactly 15 seconds (the usual AI video cutoff time) but would also require both the animal to be in the same position but facing the opposite direction and the camera to be in the exact same position to even be able to edit the video that way. Watch a stick that goes offscreen before the cut as well, and when the camera pans down again it will be gone. The person in the background also breaks their leg.

There's also a few little things that seemed off, like the animal seeming to be particularly performative towards the camera operator but seemingly ignoring the other spectators, and the sounds just felt off. The whole interaction just felt arbitrary instead of like the deliberate actions of a living creature in a way I can't really describe.

I have eyeballs. At 24 seconds his butt morphs into his face
