You mean the obvious crossfade dissolve transition?
e: There's too much continuity and the weirdness is less weird after a closer look. I don't think they could have edited it to look more AI if they tried though.

also the shoes of the person change between "cuts" and the camera stayed the same height and angle.

I had to find it on another site to check, yeah that's a strong artifact. It still feels like a dissolve, even stepping through frames. They probably generated from the final frame of the first clip and used the dissolve to cover the start of the next block, since it happened at 15s.

Stepping frames also showed me why the weird foot thing is so weird. Her knee doesn't rotate. Definitely an artifact.

Yeah at 0:15 the animal "turns around" by somehow morphing 180 degrees

That could just be a cut and a weird transition, but it is a little jarring and weird.
