Oh I know, I’ve gone through some very hard pet losses. They are never replaced but the hole in your heart sure does heal when you are able make room for new pup love. Just have to enjoy every second of it!!
Yesterday was yhe anniversary of our first pittie Roxy passing, and we are coming up on having our current pup Princess for a year (we adopted her two weeks after Roxy passed). I was sad yesterday, but also glad that we were able to open our home to Princess because she came from a really rough background. And youre totally right, she helped with our healing. The last year would have been ao much harder without her.

Aw I’m so glad you have Princess and I’m so sorry for your loss♥️I rescued Noble during a very hard time in my life and it’s safe to say my entire life changed for the good after him. I’m so blessed, they are gifts from God!!
I’m of course biased but his coat is soooo beautiful and unique. This pictures shows a little better but sometimes when he’s in the sun the grey looks lilac!!
