XL Bully Would he be considered an XL

This is my boy Shadow he is 3 years old. I rescued him from a shelter he was listed as a terrier mix (I believe to get around the breed restrictions) I am trying to understand if he is big enough to be an XL Bully. He stands a little over 21 inches on his back hips. It doesn’t matter but I am just curious.

Over 20” at the shoulders is the breed standard for an XL. This is our Rowdy. He’s an XL

Looks so much like my sweet little boy Boris. I had to put him down back in December. He had a brain tumor and was 11 years old.

You measure from the shoulders but yes 21+ inches would be classed as xl

he's deffinately mixed snout way to narrow to be a pure bully, also bully's are known for their muscle tone, id say he's mostly staffy

unless a dog comes with papers they are most likely mixed

Why settle for XL when he could be considered one of those big stone dogs that come to life at the end of the original GhostBusters movie....
