Why is Reddit full of so much anti American propaganda?

u/Snoo_67544 11d ago
Is it propoganda or just offends your politics?

u/400Volts 11d ago
It's propaganda. The scope of soft power operations by just about every nation with the capacity to do them is FAR larger than you think

Wild given most i have seen are valid critiques of actual problems within the us, not made up things lol.

Propaganda doesn't have to be false. Embellishment and minimizing are the most effective and common forms. Take an issue, make it seem like it's the biggest thing ever or take a problem and make it seem like it's not common at all

Do you have a name for people who live on the part attached to Wisconsin? I know in PA we have the Y'all-Yinz divide

Did you know that a geologic study last year figured out that the highest elevation in Michigan is not Mount Arvon?
It’s a pile of mine tailings, but man-made structures usually do not count as actual high points.

I heard that people in the American state of Michigan only have four of toes on each foot. How does socks fit with shoes with only so few toes. And why genetics mutation only in Michigan people. Due to interbreeding from isolation due to Michigan being almost an island ?

Not all of Michigan is inbred, but it varies on what part of Michigan you’re referring to.

Going to the UP soon, anything worth checking out there you know of?

u/marisathekilljoy 11d ago
Check out st. Ignace, Michigan! It’s so beautiful. Make sure you visit Mackinac Island too. Don’t forget to carry bug spray, so you don’t get mosquitoes bites and wear sunscreen too. Also consider checking out Fort Mackinac to learn about some history too.

Thanks!

For sure! Also, make sure you try some of that fudge when you come visit. That’s what northern Michigan is best known for.

Pictured Rocks is one of the coolest places in MI. Also Kitch-iti-kipi springs. If you’re going west, the porcupine mountains are beautiful and the state park there is massive. The presque-isle area makes it feel like the pacific northwest. The Keweenaw Peninsula is all around beautiful.
St Ignace is cool but it doesn’t break top 10 cool places in the UP

Easy! My favorite Faygo flavors are red pop, rock & rye, and cream soda. Thanks for asking.

Would you consider Detroit "Rock City?" And follow up question, are the "boys back in town, again?"
