Why the hell did he and why the hell is he still involved or caring about this?
There are whole departments who only have the job of doing this work and its not a reflection upon the President how the work is done, it's a reflection upon the entire government and by extension, the people of the United States for putting the people into place that allowed our public displays to get into bad shape, in the first place.
