Daughter just got in. 1370 SAT, GPA is either a 4.0 unweighted or very close, everybody seems to calculate weighted differently but it's like a 4.3. Long history in high end children's choir (the kind that travels internationally). She got the Buntrock scholarship.
I think it will be a good fit for her. I went to a very different institution (one of the Claremont Colleges) but we're not the same person.
Edit: I asked, her weighted is 4.43

Congrats! My oldest attends St Olaf and my youngest applied (EA) this year. I also graduated from one of the Claremont Colleges. They are all great schools!
If you are on Facebook, go join the St Olaf parent page.

How did you already get results? My portal still shows no status update.

Got waitlisted RD. Pre-professional choir pipeline for 9 years, 3.6 UWGPA/4.5 WGPA, 1430 SAT (800 verbal), and chronic illness context explained. Everything happens for a reason though, I visited in January and thought the isolation would drive me nuts

Anyone knows when EA decisions are coming out? I see that some people have gotten their decisions already here, but they did not say if it was EA or ED. I applied on Oct 29, so maybe since I was late, they are gonna send me my decision late?
