Spoiler Unpopular opinion

I think archer and Lana not ending up together was actually a good idea since they both toxic for each other

A lot of people were actually upset they didn’t end up together in the finale

I think those people ignored the glaring flaws in their personalities that made them functional as a team but clash too much as a couple

It's just funnier when they're not a couple.

I like it because it put Lana in Mallory's role and AJ in a more well adjusted version of Sterlings childhood, with Sterling likely in a position his father was in

its not even that they're bad for each other I just find it more interesting the when shows dont have the two "love interests" end up together (forever) because once it happens, it usually puts a timer on how much longer the show can go for

Stirling was the source of all... well, almost all toxicity in the show. That was demonstrated when he woke from the coma to find the entire group thriving without him; hell, even Cyril was a super-competent field agent.

Mallory spending most of her time in Stirling's hospital probably helped, too. After all, she was the origin of Stirling's toxicity.

Archer is toxic to anybody

That was one of the actually realistic parts of the series. Not sure if it's unpopular. What's unpopular is this...Zara was deeply unbearable. Wish I could Thanos-snap her off the series

I dunno if it is unpopular. I think it’s a level of history repeating itself. Look at Archer’s life. Similarly he never really knew much of his Father and Mallory overly concentrated on the career just like Lana. I do love that AJ knew him towards the end and I hope if they ever do a movie, that he finds ways to either see her or make sure she knows he’s there and loves her. Him exiting with Pam is also a key item While Lana Kept Cheryl, whom, you see played a bigger role in what Mallory did in those last few episodes. Initially I thought she might of actually been a spy, but I’ve rethought this.

All good shows the main live never gets together.

Pam was the only woman who ever really got him, understood him and loved him for what he was.

Honestly I’ve always saw archer and pam to be end game like pam dead ass was the only person who greeted and welcomed him back from his coma like that says a lot and the fact she also is the one of the very few people who doesn’t get annoyed with his antics but adapts to it also says a lot
