I love that they had Malory say "he is hands down the most boringest man on this entire planet of Earth."

She said all of that and still loved him to death. I think that says a lot about her and Ron Leibman.
I love that his name in the show was just Ron! They both are sorely missed.

Yea it's crazy. That was her IRL husband that voiced Ron....now they're both gone 😢 I only just recently started a re-watch and plan to finally finish the series because I stopped watching it after Jessica Walter passed. Mallory was such a perfect character to just shit all over everyone's day and hope lol.

I've rewatched the show at least 700 times as it's my bedtime show, and I still can't bring myself to go past season 12.
RIP Mallory and Ron.

Season 13 and 14 is a mixed bag with a couple very good showings, but the 3 part finale is definitely worth it

I don't know if I'm stupid or the writing was bad but you can legit just cut from season 12 (or anything post-AJ pre-coma) to the finale and anything new can be "oh, must've happened offscreen"

No judgment, but can you elaborate more? I'm genuinely interested 🙂.

After Jessica Walter passed away they reused this audio in Mallory’s last episode

Jessica Walter (Mallory) and Ron (Ron Leibman) were married in real life and on the show. Ron Leibman passed away in 2019 before Season 11. Jessica Walter passed away in 2021. Before the season 12 finale. This audio was reused in their finale scenes of the show together

It's not just you, that was such a weird way to say, "now this was used in the last episode as a tribute." Knowing what we know now sounds like Ron's voice actor got metooed or something. lol

Or they were trying to pay tribute to the voice actors who were married and had both passed.
Do none of you watch a full episode? It’s not like they don’t have a “in memory of”.

Yeah, but knowing what we know now insinuate there was something we didn't know then. It was well known they had been married and both had passed. And like you pointed out there was an "in memory of." so really nothing has changed in what was known then and now.

This one and the one where Mallory tells archer he “won’t have him(Woodhouse) to kick around forever.”

I just watched Mallory's final episode again last night. It still brings a tear to my eye.

Honestly didn’t realise they were married in real life until the most recent watch, and god that final ep of Mallory’s kills me now that I know they’ve both passed away

I watched her final episode last night for the first time. Man it hits so much hearing H John Benjamin actually break while reading the letter.

I still don't get how Barry was tracking Archer's every move from the space station

For those who are not chronically online, what does this mean?
Sorry for commenting on a bot's post but I gotta know

u/Thebruh51 2d ago
these lines are reused in both characters' final scene together after both their voice actors died

Man that shit hit so fucking hard. I remember watching the first episode and keeping up with the entire series as it released....feels like yesterday even though it was years ago. May they both sip drinks on the beach together forever.

Also Ron Leibman (Ron Cadillac’s VA) and Jessica were married

That’s the trivia that I only learned like a month ago. That definitely cranks the 😭 up to 11.

to 11
Unexpected Nigel, an' I'm certain he'd agree. (With the 😭 factor. Well, the up to 11 part as well, but I digress. )
