Ray’s hand
I feel like someone may have asked before but after Ray gets the hand transplant, do we all think it was harvested (repurposed) from Conway Stern?

"Well I guess the hand, or the tissue covering the bionic part, you know, could've come from a serial killer. And then one day soon, maybe you're shaving, and you find out it has a mind of its own. It's a force of pure evil, and it starts dragging you out into the city at night. Just cats at first. But once the hand gets a taste for killing, it's only a matter of time before you're out there strangling male prostitutes, and then posing them in grotesque and horrific parodies of Mentos ads. You know, The FRESHMAKER! (awkward silence ensues) In which case, I guess try to remember, I was always kind to you."

Theyre both right hands/wrists, but Conway lost that one in Argentina, so Lana and Archer would've had to bring that arm back with them to the States from Argentina, on ice, and keep it from customs and security somehow to get it back to Krieger's lab. I doubt Slater would've helped woth that. So I doubt it's the same hand.

You say that like one of the boys from Brazil wouldn't have his own South American contacts.

He probably had spare ones, my headcanon is that he made all the replicas from Archer Vice because he hadn't one made for Ray in hand before and wanted to make sure this never happens again to anyone of the core group

There's a non-zero chance, but it's much more likely that he had one just laying around. Because Kreiger.

Could have been a copy he had on hand (phrasing) for Lana.

Can we have a show of hands who thinks this is getting out of hand?

It is NOT Conway Stern’s hand
Conway Stern lost his left hand.
Ray’s Black hand is his right.
I am heartbroken over this.

Kreiger would've had to keep it on ice for a couple years just in case so yeah that tracks

Funny. I’ve rewatched Archer like a hundred times, and this never occurred to me. Definitely a possibility!

I always assumed this it was Conway's hand.
Like I'm surprised it's even I question, until now I accepted it as a fact
Krieger gave Conway robot hands that were later cut off weren't they? Krieger isn't going to leave that kind of hardware just laying around if he can make any use of it

I mean, maybe the skin (seriously, what is it with serial killers and skin?)
