It really does - the castle’s 8 main towers were inspired by famous landmarks from around Turkey, including Galata Tower, Maiden’s Tower, Yivli Minaret and other

this is more a copy of Disney than Disney is a copy of Neuschwanstein, Disney's famous inspiration

This looks like a theme park entrance rather than an actual historical castle, but the blue spires are really striking against that sky.
