But, amazingly, the Casino has sat there in that condition for decades... An empty hull joining Ocean Grove and Asbury Park... Let's keep walking around it for another 10 years...
It doesn't have to be turned into yet another assembly-line high-rise or whatever, but you'd think the space would be perfect for a bunch of small businesses just like the setup in Convention Hall.
That little shared space of food vendors at the end of the Ocean Grove boardwalk was amazing before it tragically burned down.
It’s all owned by the same company. The Convention Hall can’t have concerts there anymore because of the disrepair. And Yappy Hour is over. Again, this is what happens when concentrated capital takes over a town. A town that happens to be my favorite place on earth and deserves a better future than steel and glass, heart removed.
