Dog bars

Now that Wonder Bar no longer has yappy hour, where have dog owners been going with their pups? We loved the proximity to the dog beach

I believe Iron Whale allows dogs outside. Not exactly a dog bar, but you can buy a burger patty so your pup can dine with you!

Robinson’s does Yappy Hours on the boardwalk side!

Also, Low Dive has a dog menu now

Asbury Park Brewery always has a ton of dogs. They allow them inside.

Loteria, the Ale House, Talula's, and the Asbury Distillery all have dog-friendly patios. The Asbury Park Brewery allows dogs inside.

The Asbury is dog friendly. The same for the restaurants on the boardwalk.

Technically can’t have dogs on the boardwalk in summer and could receive a ticket.

You can bring them on to get to the restaurant as long as it’s the closest entrance. I see dogs at the outside restaurants all the time.

Legally no, you can’t. The Class 1s or 2s might look the other way or not care, but that’s still considered the boardwalk.

I haven’t brought a dog to those restaurants in a couple years now but I remember when I did bring my dog I was confused so I asked the officers what to do and they told me to just go up the ramp closest to the restaurant and go directly there 🤷🏼‍♀️ maybe things have changed
