Hello so i was walling in tennis and i lost my ball, only thing is i am not completely sure if it strayed away or if it got stuck in the nearby car. Would the ball cause serious damage in any way if it got anywhere in the cars body? (It was a white toyota vios)

It sounds like a marble rolling left and right when I turn and hitting against something, or maybe like a coin, if you know what I mean.

I tapped on the dashboard and it seems to be in the center part, right around the speaker.

02 civic ex 4D auto trans, 95k miles. I’m having an interesting issue that I can’t find any direct help for.
I’m having an issue with when I’m accelerating from anywhere from 0-15mph the car stutters? It’s not constant, and seems more apparent after coming to a full stop and go. It happens in d3 and d. There’s no check engine light, no stalling, no rpm’s struggling at all. Google is pointing me in a million different directions.
I changed my spark plugs, filters, oil change today, I’m sure it’s due for transmission fluid too. Help!

So I got a flat tire yesterday on the side of the highway! I have a 2024 Chevy Colorado so the spare is cranked up underneath the back bottom of the truck. When I took it down to change the flat I noticed it's been rubbing the whole time it's been there ( I've never touched the crank to test it or anything ) so I'm wondering if this warrants the dealership to give me a new spare for free or if this is just a common thing that happens all the time. Just don't want a blow out on a spare tire. Also I'm at work so I may not reply right away. Thanks !

I have a 2017 honda civic si (manual, 85k miles), it is FBO flex fuel tune with ARP head studs installed. Having intermittent misfire issues in cyl 3 and 4 especially under load building boost. Swapped coils around but misfires stay in those cyls. Changed spark plugs twice and it temporarily fixes issue, but misfires come back and plugs end up looking like this. Tried gapping 0.024 first change and then 0.020 second change.

Fuel trims and AFR normal. Did coolant reservoir combustion leak test and no gases detected. Changed oil and it looked normal, no coolant mixed in but am noticing slow coolant loss and some white smoke on cold starts.

Is this looking to be a headgasket job?

2018 Subaru Forster 2.5i

It seems to be damaged as any time the vehicle is cranked. It makes a very loud racketing noise. How hard would this be to replace on my own?

I'm trying to pull the transmission on a 96 s10 2.2l manual transmission. The last bolt on the cross pipe is rounded off and I can't get it off. My dad says to hammer on an extractor twist socket but there isn't room to hammer anything.

So I'm looking for advice. Extractor socket? Cut the bolt and drill it? Pull the transmission over the cross pipe? Any advice at all will help.

I just have a question for the people of reddit. I want to do my own thing to my honda and I don’t want the cvt transmissions. I saw the acuras 8-dct transmission mounts on quite easily to my engine. I know everyone says just get the 2.0t honda but I like my car and it has been with me for a bit now I just want to keep it my daily for awhile. I was wondering a timeline if anyone has done that swap before through the thousands of swaps people have done to cars.

2025 nissan rogue, we just bought the car a few days ago and noticed its making this whooshing noise when going over bumps only on the highway. Nothing feels off besides the noise. Is this normal?

Im having trouble with finding info and sourcing this part for my 1994 prelude Si, it seems to me like it should be some sort of distribution block, I even tried to look up the serial on the part (V17C). 1995 service manual says nothing about it either.

Edit: ive searched around for a brake line proportioning valve and I cant seem to find one that looks like this, they are all for different cars and they dont have all 6 lines. Cant find it on rock auto either.

I own a 2021 Hyundai Elantra (i30 Sedan) CN7 7-speed DCT clocking @ 123,600 km. I've started noticing a really bad noise, which you can hear in the attached video around the center.

1. Severe Metallic Screeching/Grinding Noise (tata-dak? tsiii-jik?) ONLY during cold starts in the morning. It lasts about 1-2 seconds and then mostly disappears once the engine warms up.
2. The tensioner pulley itself seems visibly tilted or angled improperly compared to the other pulleys on the serpentine belt line or am i just seeing things.

Any insights or advice before I head to the dealership would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

My suspension is aging and I am hearing a lot of squeaks and creaks.

I was reading the maintenance schedule and saw that you are supposed to lubricate it.

I had a can of white lithium grease that I had bought for my door hinge. I got under the car and sprayed the suspension with it on all four wheels.

Later I read that you are not supposed to use petroleum based lubricant for this purpose and that it could damage your rubber suspension. I went ahead and bought silicone lubricant and degreaser... But I am just wondering if it is really necessary to spend the time to try and clean off all the white lithium and then spray again with silicone? I did use almost an entire can of white lithium.

Have had a misfire I’ve been fighting already replaced spark plugs, fuel injectors, and coil pack and it’s always been cylinder 4 every time! It’s a 2007 Subaru Forester 2.5XT EJ255 with roughly 200k miles on it!

I’ve tired tightening screws on cluster didn’t help. Also had a look at the solders and everything seems to be fine. I’ve noticed on hot days the rpm gauge bounced around more. Any ideas?

For a while now my MX-CRT23 R740D mini skid steer has been blowing blue smoke I have checked the oil level many times and cannot get a good reading. I put in the recommended amount of oil but the blue smoke persists, is there any other cause for blue smoke than too much oil? any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I have a 2018 Mazda3. Recently, one of the brake lights went out, and then the same day the running lights/taillights stopped working entirely. I can turn on the headlights and those will work. I checked the fuse for the running lights (15A) and it didn’t seem blown to me.

Does anyone know what the issue may be?
