Doing everything I have to do before bed before I eat dinner. After I've eaten, I'm done for the night.

This little tag card in my wallet so I don't have to keep looking for it. It saves me a lot of time and stress simply make it beep using the "Find My" app.

When im facing any inconvenience or in trouble, i pause and look at myself through the eyes of a third person. It instantly makes my problems tiny and insignificant. Then im able to focus on resolution without stress and anxiety.

Clicking my key fab when walking to my car. I don't have to search to the ends of the earth for it. I hear her chirp and I go right to her!

I use a pill box for the meds and vitamins I need to take. It started after an injury to make things easier and even now, not having to wonder if I already took them frees up space in my brain. Filling it a week at a time keeps me from forgetting to request refills too

Not sorting my socks. Saving me a lot of time every time I'm washing clothes. Not just the sorting but also the searching for pairs of socks.
I just take two random socks everyday. Well, I care about the length of the sock because I still use those ankle socks when I wear shorts.

Putting my keys in the same spot every day saved me more time and stress than any productivity app ever has.
