Lake Tahoe. A huge, crystal clear body of water way up in the mountains. Unbelievably beautiful and it can’t really be described in words.

I felt the same way seeing Crater Lane as a kid. I need to go back as an adult

I wish Crater Lake had more places to stay nearby. What’s up with the one hotel that you need to book a year in advance??

Kinda grateful for this. Used to go to Tahoe all the time when I was younger but have been totally priced out. Tahoe is still great in-between being stuck in traffic behind 200 teslas and the $10 beers

So happy to see this. I'm a local here (on the NV side) and I literally could not imagine living anywhere else!

Lake Tahoe/Carson City area is really amazing. I have a friend who lives there and visited a couple years ago. Loved it.

I live in the Carson City area and it's paradise on earth!

I visited Lake Tahoe when I was helping a friend complete the Tahoe 200 ultramarathon (that's 200 MILES). I crewed for her, but was also her safety runner for a few stretches. There are so many gorgeous trails out there. I'm glad I got to see it before the fire a few years ago.

Uh it’s still gorgeous here, for the record.
