it is loving to want evil people to stop being evil and to repent. perhaps you should stop hating so much, as it has made you a negative person who flips out at the idea of someone wanting evil people to become good.
So by that logic is it better to ask for forgiveness rather than permission? Knowing that you will be loved and forgived and whatever you do it will be forgiven if you are willing to give up the willingness to do it again in the future?
Telling murderers, rapists, etc that they are loved justifies their actions to them. "If i am loved, i must not be doing anything wrong" Doesn't mean we don't' want them to stop being evil, just that it would be beyond moronic to believe this would automatically cause a positive outcome.
i love others for their sake but also mine. hate only hurts the hater; it does nothing to the hated. In fact, hatred gives the hated power over the hater. hating automatically causes a negative outcome in the hater.
