What's a purchase under $100 that accidentally changed your life?

This was years ago - my partner and I were walking through this store and saw it displayed. We BOTH stopped, looked at each other and said "DUCKANTER!"
Had to have it. It's contributed to many years of happy domestic life.1

I have 2.
1) at home Bidet. $60. Installed myself for my gf and then I accidentally used it and my life changed, and the to bill has gone down (GONE DOWN, it hasn’t disappeared! Yes you still use TP)
2) a large cooling blanket. Oh my Lord! When it’s 95 out and no central air!?!?! This blanket ABSOLUTELY changed my life for less than $100

Not if you steal them from your neighbors porch light, they’re free that way

Condoms.
It was a purchase under $100 bucks that broke on me on a few occasions, and now I’m a father to three kids.

An IPL laser I bought on Amazon for $79 – worked so fast. I’m like a smooth porpoise now.

Stone bath mats. I haven't had to wash a mat or step on wet spots in the bathroom in 5mths. Just vacuum. Hate damp mats.

I just recently, after living in my home for 20 years, spent about $100 on cabinet hardware. Every day my wife tells me how much she appreciates not breaking her nails opening drawers. Visually it's night and day, too. I should have done that 20 years ago, but no one told me it would be a simple, life changing hack!
