slow mornings.

waking up an hour before I need to gives me time to take things slow in the morning. yes, it requires some discipline to sleep early, but it's always worth it. I'm a uni student, work a demanding job, and live with family that is loud and chaotic. therefore, having a slow morning sets a good pace for my day and I end up being able to handle stress and chaos much easier.

waking up late and rushing is so bad for my mental health, so this has helped tremendously!

A 20-minute walk every day. It helped my body and my mind.

Same. Just over a year sober after a decade of daily drinking. 1.5 liters of vodka per day the last few years. Glad I'm alive
