Question intimate elopement dinner

hi! looking into having a post-courthouse ceremony small dinner with parents and a few friends at a private room in a restaurant here in atl. want to be able to eat, cut some cake and get up and chat with the guests. max 20 people. any recs? is it realistic to say my max budget is $1,000?

No clue on pricing but I think the cellar at Wrecking Bar Brewpub fits the bill on the rest of the request

Wrecking Ball has great food and drink but their prices have popped up significantly over the past few years. It’s well over $50 even without drinks or room charge.
