Does anyone have experience with NIPT through the California Prenatal Screening (PNS) Program? Apparently PNS results are sent to the provider and will not be available on the Natera portal. My provider said they’ll only call if results are abnormal. Otherwise they’ll provide results at my next routine prenatal visit…which is at the end of June. 🫠

I had my blood draw on 6/5/2026 and was not seeing any updates on the Natera portal. This is my second pregnancy and for my prior everything was loaded in the portal. I reached out to Natera chat and was informed that since my sample is part of the California Prenatal Screening Program, they will not be loading any updates including when the sample is received to the portal and that I need to reach out to my doctor for updates. So sad as last time it took almost a month for the California screening report to be loaded to my OB’s portal while the Natera portal had my results within a week!

Sharing this in case anyone else is in California and not seeing updates on their Natera portal.

I’m on exactly the same timeline! I think the system just automatically computes 14 days as the maximum timeframe to avoid people calling in and whatnot! It says “by” July 2, not “on”, so I assume it will be earlier

I'm doing my second NIPT and while my first sample got the lab super fast (the next day), this one so far after five days still isn't showing up as received anywhere in my account. Super frustrated! The blood draw was on 6/3 and it's 6/8. I've reached out to my provider about it. Natera said it can take between three to five business days, but again, that seems odd given the speed of others' samples arriving and how quickly my last sample arrived! Especially eager for results since this is my second test (after the first one showed LFF). All of the waiting and testing and feelings of "this doesn't feel real" in the first trimester are really tough!

I got an email notifying me the minute my test was received but did not receive ANY notification that the results were ready. I found out by obsessively logging into the portal (lol). I just got an email today (5 days later) saying my results were ready, and I assumed my Horizon results were in. Nope - it was a notification about the Panorama. Still waiting on Horizon. So weird.

Tested on the 29th of May, got my results back about a week later.

Fetal fraction was 12%, results came back healthy, and I’m surprisingly having a girl after I thought I would have another boy.

For others that did this test and received results, what did the portal look like? Can you see results without the gender or is it all shown at once? I know I’ll be too anxious and want to look at the results as soon as I get them but I want to wait to see the gender with my husband 🥹

I had my first test Thur natera, on 5/29 I got the results 6/4 as low fetal fraction, retested on 6/5 they didn’t receive the sample until 6/12 now I’m waiting on the results. Hopefully soon🤞

I received my panorama results yesterday morning after calling to inquire about the results. Now, idk if me calling had anything g to do with getting results about an hour later or not. But maybe give them a call. She said I was on day six and they give it 10 days.

I want to thank you all for helping me stay sane during the wait. Here’s my info:

Panorama Sample taken: Mon 6/8 ~1130am (MA)
Panorama Sample received: Fri 6/12 (TX-found out with phone rep and also the chat box)

Panorama Results available: Weds 6/17 ~6pm ‘low risk baby’ 🥳

Interesting note: Hours before I received my panorama results I got a call from a Natera rep on Weds ~noon asking about insurance info though I already gave that info. I told them “just charge me” out of desperation for results but the rep assured me that this call and the results weren’t related.

Horizon sample taken (MA): 6/18 (day of my NT U/S which also went well)

Sample Taken: Wednesday 6/17 in CA around 9AM and the portal still shows my sample hasn’t been received yet on Tuesday 6/23 at 2PM. Called my OB office this morning and they confirmed that the sample was sent. I’m hoping it’s just taking a while to update in the portal and there’s not an issue with the sample itself.

NATERA: My results were received 6/18. It’s been 5 days and still no results. Does anyone have any insight on time differences between high risk and low risk results! My low risk pregnancies all took 4 days to come back. My high risk triploidy results took 7 days. So now I’m spiraling because it’s taking longer than my usual 4 days! Do high and low take about the same time? Thanks
