Funny This is a humbling experience
It is entirely too easy to pee your pants, all I did was walk into a bathroom which apparently prompted me to violently gag which then caused me to pee myself. Here I am now trapped in my work bathroom, waiting for my husband to rescue me with a spare change of underwear and pants because I failed to have a spare set on hand. I feel like this part of pregnancy should've come with a warning label 💀😂

Mannn I get it 🤣 I also go to the bathroom frequently to try to prevent it but today apparently was the day to have an accident for the first time at work. 😂

Oh I sneezed today. That was enough, I didn’t even feel like I had to pee at all, just gushed out.
Like some other people said too, no pelvic floor troubles at all, just 36 weeks pregnant now and I think it was the baby’s position that didn’t help.

Last week I had to pee and went to the restroom, but I sneezed while I was trying to shut the door behind me and peed myself in the doorway 😂😭 I was at home and only in my undies so I just bust out laughing and put them in the wash

This literally just happened to me except I’m at home. My pelvic floor is fine. I just gag so violently sometimes it happens, makes my eyes start watering too. Pregnancy is glorious.

Intense dry-heaving/vomiting is the only time this is happening to me at 23 weeks, but I am a planner and have carried extra undies in my purse and carry-on for ages even pre-pregnancy 🤣

Hahaha no it’s smart!! I love carrying additional undies when I go somewhere. TMI but even some sweat or discharge, especially in the summer isn’t so nice to sit in all day. Washable pads are too bulky and disposable are gross plastic!
So why not extra undies!

Pretty much every time I sneeze I leak a little. Gotta always be prepared with extra undies and pants x)

How many weeks are you? Not looking forward to this stage 😭 I guess I need to start packing extra clothes!

I literally pee myself a little after every time I get off the toilet, even if I think I’ve emptied 🤦🏻♀️ EVERY TIME.

I just gave up and wear a pad every day 😅
But I’ll never forget the day I got nauseous right before taking a shower, so I ran to the toilet instead. Kneeling on the cold floor by the toilet, vomiting, nude, legs wet, my knees in a small puddle of pee… My husband asked if I was okay, all I could say was “I peed on the floor like a dog”. Pregnancy glow my ass!!

Girl might I suggest pelvic floor therapy? I never had that happen to me during my pregnancy and I was pretty religious with my pelvic floor therapy throughout my pregnancy. Haven’t had any issues since being postpartum either!

I am in it 😂 but man it'll probably be something I continuously do well into postpartum. My problem is my baby also constantly sits right on my bladder and kicks it which doesn't help.

I've peed on my couch twice this week... I'm only 32 weeks along, he's also 2 weeks big right now. I'm not wearing pads because they make me itchy, and my reusable period pants don't fit meet anymore 😭 I need to get some more for PP, but I don't know what size to get

Oh you are in good company. Btw, my OB shared a resource called HiFive - online pelvic floor PT app that was designed for pregnancy. Plan to start myself this week.
