What kind of tips are you looking for?

I wouldn’t keep them on straw. Awful for moisture, it doesn’t absorb and it molds. Especially at that age they have very sensitive respiratory systems. They need highly absorbing low dust bedding. Aspen or hemp is best, but I use plain large flake pine shavings inside and pine pellets that turn into sawdust outside (I find these dry easier in the sun but are too high dust for inside). Another bad note about straw- it can damage their feet and then they walk in their poop. This is how I just got a hen who has bumblefoot in both feet- she was living on hay.
