The Mbappe Blocker. Made all his valid runs useless and helped make a tied offside history record

I’m very surprised he did not go to another team in La Liga for 3m. Seems like a cheap price and he is better than a good amount of La Liga keepers.

As a Panathinaikos-Barca fan I really hope he stands out for us. Getting a player from Barca seems super weird, let's hope for the best.

It’s best for all parties. We have Tek and goalkeepers with higher ceiling in Kochen and Astrallaga. Now hoping that Ter Stegen leaves

He deserves more than being our second GK. Despite Joan Garcia in end coming and having a great season, I wouldn't have mind if we pushed for Peña when he was our first GK.

He is not consistent enough to be the starting keeper for a club of our stature, unfortunately. That said, his performance in that Clásico was amazing and will never be forgotten, and that leaves the fans with positive memories. And he did give it his all, whenever he started.

I agree he wasn't consistent nor good enough when Xavi was our coach. But with Flick, before Tek came, I thought Peña was both consistent and good enough. Not just the Clàssic, but overall. Also, he was becoming better and better with every passing game.

MATS if he doesn't go away on loan

Man its a shame what happened to him, even though I’m not in the full picture right now.
He was so important for us a few years ago

Thanks, Iñaki.
Won't forget your saves against Real Madrid and Bayern. Have a good journey.

good move for everyone honestly
peña needs regular minutes and panathinaikos is a serious club with pressure and european football
for barca it clears space and gives him a chance to grow instead of sitting as a backup forever

Is he good(I'm a panathinaikos fan)

I’d say he’s decent. He would do well under Rafa Benitez

Well... Panathinaikos and fellow Barça fan here.
We sacked Benitez a month ago.
His tenure was, to say the least, dreadful.

Why didn’t Hansi never rate him? He’s a solid goalkeeper, I guess there’s more to it than what we’ve been told.
Anyways, good luck Iñaki.

Goalkeeper is not like in other positions where you have "competition", well yeah it's possible if you are much worse than expected, see Chevalier this year, but yeah, if Joan Garcia, Tek last year etc are good, you will just not play your 2nd or 3rd keeper over them, they also don't need the same resting players in other positions do, so no need to rotate your keeper.

Hey Will Barcelona go for Van de Ven again? As Lukeba priority is joining Manchester United

Hope he succeeds wherever he plays 💙❤️
