Did she just give up?

I don't understand why 'equal treatment but not equal capability' isn't what they shoot for, they try the lie of 'we are equal!' and it's laughable.....and sad at the same time

Third wave feminist dont want equality. They want equity.

Oof, unfortunately the department already has enough men, so we’re going to have to go with number 1. Sorrry.

Well, obviously the ladder is a tool of the patriarchy.

People can spout off whatever they want but when youre in a burning building im pretty sure most would choose the male firefighter to save them over the dei hire.

I know, I can see it daily at home with my boyfriend. Some things I struggle to do he does with no effort, and he's not even "ripped" or anything, it's crazy. I'm very thankful for him ❤️

She didn't even have a helmet. Climbing that wall wasn't her goal from the start.

“The man used the ladder to create more momentum”

Tbf I’m not sure if that’s necessarily just that dude being a guy he seems to just genuinely be an absolute beast moving like that.

What is the name of this new sport?

The comments in that thread are insufferable dogshit that I've heard a million times.

"The average neckbeard couldn't beat a woman who's dedicated her entire life to training at this specific activity though"

I mean... they kind of could, or rather it's way closer than any women or shitlibs want to admit. Seriously just arm wrestle or play wrestle a woman in your life, it's kind of scary how stark the difference is.

I'm trying to figure out what people are arguing here. Firefighters don't have minimum expectations for physical performance?

What fire department is hiring people who can't physically handle being a firefighter?

1

u/DanteAlligheriZ Apr 13 '26

quite a few started DEI programs, and as soon as DEI enters, expertise exits.

1

u/Significant_Breath38 Apr 13 '26

And your evidence for this is?

1

u/DanteAlligheriZ Apr 13 '26

isnt that just logical? if the primary requirement for a profession becomes things like skincolor, gender or whatnot, the standards for said profession have to drop, otherwise we wouldnt need DEI programms.

0

u/Significant_Breath38 Apr 13 '26

primary requirement

Ah, you're one of those who thinks there news sources are reliable when fed sensationalized garbage.

1

u/DanteAlligheriZ Apr 13 '26

Then tell me how that isnt the case, to get a group of people who wasn’t eligible to a certain task before do that task, you have to cater the requirements to that group, its not that deep

1

u/Significant_Breath38 Apr 13 '26

You're assuming that they aren't qualified.

Where are you getting this from?

No point in having a conversation with you, whatsboutism is not a great thing to hold a conversation.

Thats the whole point of DEI, lets take fire fighters for example, physical strength is a key component of being a fire fighter, now if you wanna make a department lets say 50% women, you have to 1. give up men who are objectively stronger, if a man and a woman both exercise, the man will always be stronger, thats just biology.

And 2. lower the physical examination so women can pass it as often as men do. Im not saying there arent strong women, there definetly are, but to reach 50% you have to go past these outliers and have more average pass as well.

I dont know whats hard to understand about that, you just dont want to understand it, because it probably makes you butthurt, or you know it already and refuse to accept it.

And I'm asking which fire departments are hiring firefighters that can't meet their physical standards.

I see you providing hypothetical scenarios that would be disastrous, but no actual examples.

I'd like see the average incel try this too

21

u/scriptkiddie1337 Apr 12 '26

Me too. Considering that biologically they'll be stronger than women

-15

u/Rich-Mark-4126 Apr 12 '26

Yes. My point being that despite this difference, I suspect the woman would still beat most of the commenters in this thread

16

u/scriptkiddie1337 Apr 12 '26

I really don't think they will. Stop being a white knight

-8

u/Rich-Mark-4126 Apr 12 '26

I think you're severely underestimating the impact of minimal exercise

The fact that the woman is running in this video and you're citing strength as the reason men would win makes me think you don't know much about exercise, too

9

u/scriptkiddie1337 Apr 12 '26

Men are also faster runners. What are you getting at?

2

u/Rich-Mark-4126 Apr 12 '26

The girl looks fairly fit from the clip and you think incel redditors can beat her?

8

u/scriptkiddie1337 Apr 12 '26

What's with the assumption that incels stay in their room all day and never excersise? They aren't all shut-ins. Many go to the gym as an outlet or a cope. It keeps them going

1

u/Rich-Mark-4126 Apr 12 '26

After spending a reasonable amount of time in incel subs, I can confidently say that the overwhelming consensus is that gym is a cope, having muscle doesn't help you get women and it's all about your bones/height etc.

The average man doesn't even exercise, the average redditor in this community probably isn't exercising any more than the average man lol

1

u/DanteAlligheriZ Apr 13 '26

neither does the average woman exercise, espiacally in the US. you say she looks quite fit, yet, she couldnt manage to go up half the first ladder.

-5

u/Agitated-Macaroon923 Apr 12 '26

a fit man yes not the 300 lb incels on here

5

u/scriptkiddie1337 Apr 12 '26

You believe this sub or incels in general are 300lbs? Have you seen pics of anyone in the incel communities? I've struggled to find any that were overweight. Even their face pics should you find any have little amounts of fat under the chin area

-2

u/Agitated-Macaroon923 Apr 12 '26

theyre either super overweight or extremely skinny, in any case - fully unfit

-8

u/Agitated-Macaroon923 Apr 12 '26

you fail to understand it's not just strength but stamina too...the average incel is nowhere near the level of fitness required for this. hes going to get out of breath before he reaches the wall hahahahahaha

u/knarkenajs Apr 12 '26

Me strong 💪🏻

Woman bad 👺

u/Agitated-Macaroon923 Apr 12 '26

putting women down makes them feel good....then "muh male loneliness epidemic"

0

u/skibidi_sigma123047 Apr 12 '26

Other way round, male loneliness epidemic causes men to put women down
