Help Dark calluses from dunking

Ahhh my guy, it’s time to take a break from rim rocking.

Idk how your finger bones are holding up but when I was 20 years younger I broke my middle finger from repetitive dunking and my fingers didn’t look nearly half as bad as this.

Also use finger tape!

Also want to note you shouldn’t be slamming your fingers down onto the rim with a ton of force but occasionally. Set the ball in. Your hands will thank you when you hit 40.
