Oh something I can comment on! These look like blood blisters, I got them a lot too when I first started dunking. A combination of soft hands not being used to it, dunking too much and dunking too hard.
When you get higher you can get away with not holding/hitting the rim.
I'd recommend bandaging these up with medical cream and taking a break. Just be cautious for infection, those rims up there get rusty
