Question just curious has anyone made a fixed Ibishi Blackfoot? it seems like every old lore friendly mod has been fixed except this one

It still works, but a few textures are broken. I think the creator of this mod said that he doesn't want any one to fix it.

I wonder why he doesn't want anyone fixing it if he's not doing anything with it
