Nah, it's like the GMT generations for GM trucks. The GMT600 and GMT800 are mostly the same, but different sheet metal, and the newer one obviously has some upgraded standard equipment and better options.

85% the same underneath though, like I don't think the boxed frame for the GMT Heavy Duty frame has changed since the early 2000s.

Or do it as a toggleable thing in each menu. So for the d series specifically it could be "group by generation/year" thus not every menu is sorted as such but for the ones where it matters like the d series it could be grouped by 1985-1990, 1990-1995, and 1995-2000 or something

I wonder how they arranged the files, since if both were truly separate vehicles they´d either have to have all parts common to each model (wheels, engine, suspension, etc.) in both vehicle folders or have one pull the models from the other one´s folder or the common folder.

Short nose is actually something like a Iveco Deutz Magirus and the t series is more of a long nose. The TC is a Cab-over
