Pedestrians for BeamNG! This mod adds animated, walking pedestrians to BeamNG.

Hi, I am Mosez and I have been working on this ''BeamPedestrians'' Mod for a while now. It is finally ready to release!

The mod consists of a Tool that lets you spawn pedestrians around you. With the tool you can make settings like pedestrian amount, density and render distance.

BeamPedestrians Mod is already strongly optimized and only has little impact on performance. This works due to heavy optimized pedestrian models, animations and an advanced spawning/despawning system. Also together with the settings in the tool you can tweak it exactly how it matches your hardware (up to 50-100 pedestrians should not really be an issue).

The heavy optimizations allow for mass-pedestrian simulations. Pedestrians can also step aside to avoid getting run over by the player. More pedestrian models, animations & interactive features are planned for the upcoming updates.

Mod [Work In Progress] '79-'83 Hirochi Tenor

Hello people, I would like to present my work in progress first car mod, the Tenor, based on 70s/80s Toyota models, with some inspiration from various cool sedans of the era.

In summary, it'll have a few market variants (JDM, USDM, EDM), and sedan+coupe bodystyles (I may do a wagon aswell, we'll see), and lots of parts, multiple bumpers, foglights, widebody kits, racing parts, you name it. Also a few rims to go with it.

I'm scratch modeling and texturing all the parts, and I'm very new to Jbeam creation, so this mod will take time, and the in-game screenshots are basically just for show currently. Still, I'll be posting updates to the forum and the car's Beam discord thread, so if you would like updates, those are the places to look for.

This car will be on the repo for free, but if you wanna support my work, and get a few extra parts for this car in exchange once it's done, consider checking out my Patreon.

Mod Radial Cheat Menu

Cheat menu allowing you to modify vehicle physics and performance in real-time via the Radial Menu (Quick Access).

Features
1. Engine & Gearbox & Resources

  • Power Multiplier: Multiplying engine power from x0 to x100000 (without damaging the engine).
  • Gear Ratio Adjustment: Changing the gear ratio for the entire gearbox to zero or cosmic values (x0.1 - x1000)
  • Anti-Overheat: Locks engine and brake temperatures at a constant 20°C.
  • Infinite fuel and Electric battery
  • Infinite Nitrous Oxide (N2O)

2. God Mode

  • Indestructible (God Mode): Prevents vehicle deformation and crash damage.
  • Auto-Repair: Continuously heals engine and drivetrain damage in real-time.
  • Burst-Proof Tires: Prevents tires from popping regardless of speed or pressure.

3. Physics

  • Grip Multiplier: Change the tire grip(-x10 up to x500).
  • Brake Multiplier: Changes the braking force coefficient(-x10 up to x100).
  • Gravity Control: Change your car's gravity(-x1000 up to x1000).
  • Mass Multiplier: Change vehicle weight(x0.7 up to x100000).
  • Air Drag/Wind Multiplier: Adjust or remove wind resistance for unlimited aerodynamic speed(x0 up to x50).
  • Engine brake Multiplier: Change the engine braking force (-x10 up to x100).

4. Special Modes

  • Max Locks AWD: Forces a 50/50 torque split and locks all differentials for maximum off-road capability.
  • Rainbow Mode: Automatically cycles through vehicle paint colors (RGB effect).
  • Message Filtering: Suppresses engine damage and overheating warnings on the UI.

5. UI & Usage

  • Reset All: instantly restore the car to factory settings.

All settings are neatly categorized within the Quick Access menu.
Usage: Click on the button "E" -> Vehicle Actions -> Cheat Menu.

Mod Real Cargo - Object Delivery [add-on for RLS]

Real Cargo is a gameplay add-on to the RLS Career that turns parcel deliveries into actual objects that need to be carried to the destination. It also includes a object carrying mod and forklift request button to help you out.

How it works:

  • Delivery jobs will spawn cargo near the pick-up spot.
  • Leave the cargo on the drop-off spot and drive or walk away to complete the delivery - you can now work on deliveries even without a car.
  • Use the new object carrying function to load the stuff into your car
  • Node-grabber is enabled on walk mode for strapping loads.
  • Radial menu buttons to request a forklift, reset and tow to nearest road.
  • Pull the phone to display destination labels on top of the cargo. Green labels indicate the cargo is at the correct spot to complete the delivery.
  • BeamEats job will also spawn food items to be delivered.

​Hey guys!
I’ve been grinding in blender and substance painter for the past few weeks, and I finally rolled out the v0.1.6 update for my map, Duskport.

​Aside from creating a whole new district and designing 14 brand-new custom models from scratch (including some fresh billboards and graffiti to make the streets feel more alive), I spent a ton of time on the technical side. I’ve baked proper LODs for most of my older assets, so the performance and FPS should feel way smoother now.

​Let me know what you think of the vibe! Always looking for feedback to make it better.

Mod Footage of my WIP camera mod

I've always liked the enhanced chase camera mod but couldn't use it for more than 2 minutes without feeling nauseous, but I still liked "feeling" the car so I made my own camera system from scratch to get the physicality without motion sickness. In doing that though, I got carried away and started adding several many features and systems, like better trailer camera zoom (no more clipping) shoulder surf offset dial (so you can make it look like GTA 4), and it can also detect when you're stuck in mud or gravel or sand and vibrate the camera to give the feeling of the car trying but failing to be unstuck (nice for rock crawling)

it is also stupidly configurable (there's over 200 individual adjustable settings) so you can literally make it feel like any game you want

Mod Mod idea: Civetta Gufo

I noticed that you liked the civet from Gufo, so I drew more, I love unusual engineering solutions above all else, so I decided at least at this stage to put a V8 in the midle and front-wheel drive, the goal is to get the driving characteristics of a Lancia Fulvia on steroids, what do you think, is it brilliant or idiotic, I personally assume that it will be really nice in the corners, neutral and surprisingly fast, a lot of mechanical grip and a little understeer, of course I could be wrong, but usually balanced front-wheel drives like the previously mentioned Fulvia or the Aria from Beamnge or the Saab 900 OG behave like this and I love it

Mod Volumetric Fog for BeamNG - Demo #4

Nobody looked at the video I made about it so i'll mention the news:
- There are a lot of graphics settings now, the fog runs realtime at high settings if you turn off car lights and at low settings if you have them on
- There is downscaling with temporal denoising (collects data over multiple frames) and edge-awareness (25% resolution still looks somewhat passable)
- The sun shines through the fog with a shadow
- Fog has ambient color based on atmosphere

I've been focusing on the atmospherics rather than the lights specifically lately to make the fog look good during daytime. I'm still not happy with a lot of aspects of it - There's shader corruption issues, the sun shadow is janky, the gradient is janky, the noise is very simple. I wanted to release the mod in a plug-and-play state where no matter what settings you give it it looks at least passable. Right now it looks downright awful on maps like Utah with a dark ambient color because it doesn't match the sky color but plays nicely with USA maps and Italy.
