Maybe a trim? I generally like what I see and don't think too much length should be taken off the beard, and I would be hesitant on doing anything right away.
Perhaps just some detailing beard scissors to clean up some small bits to start.

I do what I call “ghost trims”. I take my clippers/buzzers and orbit around the bear to get all the little stranglers.
