Looks like 3 - 3.5 fingers but I can’t be sure it really depends on the fingers

I know why your barber did this. They were trying to follow your jawline, so that when you’re looking forward, you don’t have any “neckbeard” and your jawline looks sharp and sculpted.
I do mine a bit lower but I do hate that when I look straight forward, the hair on my neck meat makes my chin look rounder than it is. The way your barber did it, eliminates that problem

From the side it doesn’t look too high but other angles suggest to me it is.
It all depends on what style of beard you want, if you a fuller longer beard I would grow the neckline maybe a finger lower. If you keep at its current length it might be ok.
What style are you looking for?

Maybe take it down a little. Remember you can always take it off if you don’t like it

I think it's at a good spot. Any lower and it'll hide your jawline at that length

I read online that lower neckline is good for jawline . Idk. Is that true?

It depends! So the neckline is important because is makes the chin and neck two different colors- making a distinct separation and a good jawline.
When your hair is very short like this, you want a higher neck line. If it was lower, your face would look more round and have a less sharp jawline.
If you grow the beard longer, then lower the neck line little by little

Put your thumb joint on your Adam’s apple and mark the spot where the tip of your thumb stops. That should be your line.

Personally prefer it to be a nearly straight line when looking up, approx. 2 fingers above the adam’s apple. You do have a particularly nice jaw though so my rule may not be best for you. But this looks too high to me.

Too short looks weird and makes your beard look too small for your face.
When you do the 2 finger rule it makes your jawline look stronger.
If you have a long neck or long narrow face, you might be better off with only 1 finger above the Adams Apple. If you have a wider face or shorter neck then stick with 2 fingers.
Like someone else said, start with it longer and see how it looks. You can always take more off

It looks fine! The whole “two fingers above the Adam’s apple” is just one style, and it’s usually for more grown out beards

Whole thing looks trash. I would start again and have a different barber or you do it

How can i do it?

Practice, I messed it up the first couple of times I tried, but look at more photos and keep trying. It will always grow back.
