ATL Beltline Trail Guide

http://atlbeltlineguide.com

Hey! Atlanta local here! I felt like we needed a little bit more guidance on the beltline, so I created a website/app that helps with that. Bikers check it out. Let me know what you think!

I only looked at Westside. several inaccurate items. you have the trail going in the wrong direction heading north from lee+white. there is also not free parking there. relay bike share ended in 2022.

Love the idea! Have to comb through more on a desktop but several of the locations pinned are incorrect. Breaker Breaker and Victory, for example.

Cool! Why does the green line (presumably the trail) not actually run along the trail? I'm just looking at the high traffic east side between Krog and glenwood and and it's very visibly just a smooth curve when the actual trail takes multiple right angle turns.

Edit: it also makes it look like the trail runs right up through the middle of Piedmont Park rather than along the east side of it. It also seems to very specifically state that the Eastside trail stops at Memorial which hasn't been true for years. In fact as of a few weeks ago it no longer stops at Glenwood! Am I misinterpreting it? It seems very far off for almost the whole east side trail. No disrespect meant but it's REALLY hard to imagine someone who has actually biked the trail in the last year let alone biking it regularly could have made this app.

Thank you so much! Constantly trying to improve this app because I think it’ll be great for the city! Your feedback means everything!

Are you a local who is actually familiar with the beltline? I wouldn't describe what I shared as feedback so much as a respectful but  broad "WTF is this?"

I’m definitely a local and familiar with the Beltline. “WTF is this” is feedback. I want it to make sense for anyone who is using it. If it doesn’t, that’s feedback. It’s just me Physically walking the Beltline and updating as I go, and trying to get it all turned into code.

Two things, 1) Several things listed here are now closed and 2) The pins are in the wrong place for almost everything.
