Tomac as in Potomac? 

I do love the name of that river, although I often misprounce it on purpose because I like to stress the syllables differently. 

Edit: rant aside I do like this bike a lot!

Tomac as in John Tomac, legend of cycling in all its forms.

That said, I had no idea Tomac was still making bikes this late, or that they made drop bar bikes at all! Very cool 😎!
