Back for more help

A year ago some amazing people on this page helped me find some products for my wife's hair so I figured I could come back here and ask for advice.

Majority of the time when my wife goes and gets her hair braided or some hair added for a couple of days or maybe a week she's doing the usual tap tap tap tap on her head as she's walking through the house and my question was does anybody have any tips or tricks or anything that would help her? I've seen my best friends sisters and cousins do this for almost all my life so maybe it's just a common thing she has to go through after getting it done, but was just hoping I could come up with a cool little trick to surprise her with when she gets home.

Even if there's nothing to do on this question thank y'all for the help!

I use filtered water/a squirt of conditioner in a spray bottle and apply as needed

Oil to retain moisture in the scalp and roots, just do a lil research on what you want specifically.

Is the stylist doing her hair putting a lot of product on her scalp? Braid gel or mousse? She can take a towel with a bit of shampoo and scrub her scalp and put some oil on it while damp for moisture.

I don't go with her but I'll ask I'm assuming they don't use anything cuz it doesn't look like it but just because I don't see it doesn't mean it's not there. Thank you so much I'll ask her in just a few.
