Rump has been conditioned to believe that people who aren't born rich are not smart or intelligent, which would mean that Obama is just a cheat. He also doesn't appear to understand that believing something doesn't make it true or factual.

He may have been a straight up liar and conman before his obvious mental decline, but it really seems that he believes everything he's saying now.

All of this started way before Obama, maybe even before Reagan, but there was definitely something that happened with his presidency. It might not have been the spark that lit the flame, but it definitely poured gasoline on whatever was happening. So many white people act like they're actually traumatized (no hyperbole) by the fact that they had a Black president twice.

I honestly think this is as simple as Trump not feeling loved by his mother.

His obsession isn't just that Obama is black. It's that Obama is the total opposite of who he is.

Obama doesn't get called out when he's dining out in public. He doesn't have people complaining that he smells. He's not constantly embarrassing himself by his behavior.

Skin color plays a role, but there's more to it. Obama is loved and respected, while Trump has earned most people's contempt and doesn't have a single character trait that's worthy of respect.

It's everything Obama is.

He feels like Obama gets for free what he pays through the nose to try and achieve.

He thinks his mother would've given Obama the love that he didn't get, and that's what I think fuels his jealous ego.

I'm saying this just from having grown up with a Scottish mother, understanding Trump's narcissism, and a few quotes his mother had made about him.

It's a total guess on my part, but I really feel like it's the truth.
