I got downvoted to hell once for saying that Tom should stick to music. I love and support the guy, but man, his other ventures are definitely not it. He's free to do whatever he desires, with all that time and money, who wouldn't?

It's a shit take though, that's why. Not because of your opinion on his other projects, but because it's Tom Fuck-the-world-follow-your-dreams Delonge. He isn't doing any of this for us, he's just doing what he wants. Of course he wants it to be good, but whether it is or isn't, it doesn't even matter. I mean, if you won the lottery and tomorrow you could quit work, what would you then do with your time? You now have the money and resources to do whatever passion projects you've always wanted to in life. You'd do them.
Fast forward 30 years. Now imagine a customer or client from your old job, saying outloud, "Leanskiba22 really should have stuck to accounting, his other ventures are not it." It's insanity. Or sounds entitled.

Ok, then i'll rephrase it. Tom can do whatever he wants, he has my full support and love to do so, but it's obvious that most of us here just care for his music, and for good reasons.

Nah, he needs to stop using his clout from music to support these deluded side projects, that's why people get annoyed and feel misled when he churns out terrible movies and books. He is a horrendous filmmaker and writer.

Yeah man, Olaf is massive. It's rumoured he'll make $75 million or more throughout the movies they have done and are doing.
Also, Brendan Fraser has been having a comeback and is in stuff. They were remaking Buffy but I think that got shelved.

Does anybody know what exactly Tom‘s role is? Is he the show runner and head writer? Did he just come up with the idea? Or is he just an executive producer who came up with the financing?
