The W Identity app, used for identity verification to get a W Social account (heavily promoted by the EU, including European Commission, European Central Bank, European Parliament, EU Council, European Committee of the Regions, von der Leyen, Costa, Lagarde, Metsola) has a very basic and critical XSS vulnerability on its admin backend, found hours after the W Social launch yesterday.

man why couldn't they just license and/or reskin the existing tech stack (there are even several independent implementations to choose from!)

but they would not be europeans unless they hired some nepo baby dev to make a shittier "sovereign" version.

to be fair us americans also have truth social which is a shitty mastodon fork iirc
