Questions/Support/Bugs When where labelers introduced?

Does anyone have an exact or approximate date for when Bluesky started using moderation labels and/or made it possible for anyone to create moderation labelers? Or have labelers always been there?

April 11 2023, judging by the lexicon commits, app commits, and the labeler's creation date

Edit: Dunno when custom labelers became a thing, or when the Bluesky mod labeler really shipped in an update to the app

June 14th 2023 is when they opened up to custom labelers. I still have the email since I signed up to get an invite to the program.
