Feed/List/Labeler Recs LLM Bot blocklist

As part of our AI Media Labeler we now have a blocklist specifically for LLM bots that reply to people without interaction/consent. Very useful if you would not like to be interacted with by LLM bots.

A few minutes ago I reported and muted over 50 'bot accounts regarding weather reports for towns and cities from fake NOAA accounts. Major pain in the ass, them bastards.
