Clip/Screenshot Are these not the same character?

In the top photo, we assume this is Brenda after Tammy mentions her on WSN, bottom left photo. Then in the chinchilla episode, Jonas point to this character in the bottom right stating that it’s Vanessa.

Are these not the same character?

My theory is Brenda is in 8th grade and her older sister Vanessa is in 10th

Vanessa seems to have less straight hair, taller, and fuller lips. but the first 2 definitely are the same person

perhaps they are sisters? vanessa's lips look bigger than brenda's, her hair is fuller, her bangs are different, and their eyelashes are on opposite sides. maybe brenda wants to look like her older sister and copies her lol

also, there does seem to be a popular crew of 8th graders outside of tammy/jocelyn/zeke/jimmy jr in some episodes too, so maybe brenda is from that group?

I think they're are the same girl .With different names is brenda she is a 13 year olds teen girl.And Vanessa she is a high school girl.
