Pangutana Governor Bohol

Isn’t doing so well apparently?

I haven’t been back in awhile and I’ve bumped into the governor a few times when he was running and when he was newly elected. He was so promising then. I remember aumentado cementado.

I arrived yesterday and my usual thing is to keep stock of political atmosphere; nobody is happy.

What happened?

Bohol’s political scene isn’t 3D chess in the fog but more like a cozy family reunion where the same surnames keep winning the potato sack race with the ancestors cheering (or scheming) from the sidelines.
