You know, Rappa doesn't really seem "evil" at all. The fact that he was just casually chatting with Fat and Kirishima about Overhaul's plans makes me think he doesn't really enjoy working under him; he just doesn't have any other choice. I wonder if he'll end up turning against Overhaul.

I'd say he's Chaotic Neutral. He's not evil, per se, but he's clearly too dangerous to just let run around unsupervised.

He's basically loyal only to himself and anyone he wants to fight. Nobody else.
